  Called first time ever to place a pickup order, and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I called again, and was promptly placed on hold again. This time thankfully only for 2 minutes, aside from that everything was fine.

  This place was my favorite until our last encounter. I ordered coffee with milk. When the coffee came had to wait for the milk and there was no sugar on the table so asked waitress for sugar which never came because she was to busy with her cell phone. I had to go and get the sugar myself and bother people who were eating. I asked for a medium steak which came well done. Couldn't find one waitress for over 30 minutes by that time I was ready for the check. From now on I will complain to the manager of you can find him not on his Facebook page.

  Food is very good for the price, though our server went missing for a few extended periods of time. The beer selection is decent, but really only includes offerings from the big national brewers and some Mexican beers. From the other reviews I was expecting a better selection of local or microbreweries, but this wasn't the case.

  Frozen food style served with the added garnishment of a flying beetle, gently sauteed and lightly seasoned, while my son had chicken tender sushi. Manager tried to tell me that the bug probably just flew onto my plate, and I said then he really must've enjoyed the butter sauce because he took off his wings on one side and rolled around a bit to get a good coating on. Said nothing of the raw chicken after that.
