  As a member of Subway Rewards, I have frequented this location. About 2 weeks ago, I received enough points to put me over for a free sub.
  
  Went in today for lunch, was told that the store is "no longer participating with the Subway Rewards program" and that I would be unable to redeem my points. They made me pay for my sub. At no point did I see any signage saying that this store was no longer participating in the rewards program.
  
  I called corporate, they told me that according to their records that organization is in fact participating in the rewards program. Must be they'll let you earn points but aren't willing to let you use them.
  
  Never going back.
