Terrible customer service! Just went thru drive thru after placing my order for my coffee, I said "that's it please, and I have the refill cup " (which is cheaper for the perks members)... she said "No, you have to tell me when u first order." Ummm how much earlier am I supposed to say it??!! You want written requests??? And she charged me full price... would not accept my cup!
